Our team members are overseas regularly to ensure our process and procedures are maintained. We oversea quality control on raw material sourcing, equipment sourcing, laser cutting, robot welders and robotic material handling, presses, cutters and all machinery.
We optimize the manufacturing process by adding or removing processes to maximise production and quality. We periodically monitor the line progress and update the equipment, processes or procedure as required.
Logistics
We can arrange shipping of your custom retail fixtures direct to your worksite, your warehouse, or for pick’n‘pack delivery, we can ship, unpack and repack at our warehouse.
Plan Take-Off & Installation
We can assist with completing full racking take offs from your plans, we can also recommend or engage 3rd party companies to supply drafted or approved plans, full 3D rendered concept drawings, planogramming, right through to fixture installation.
